Do not let the name Alice fool you (Madness Returns most likely gave that away...). Alice Liddell, left at the Rutledge Asylum after going cuckoo, believing that she caused her family's demise. So, our adventure begins when she retreats into her world, Wonderland, figuring out what really happened that day. You collect memories all around in Wonderland which are kinda hard to listen to...with monsters trying to snag your attention in the background (then again I'm quite deaf when I'm playing). So, what are her weapons this time?
The Clockwork Bunny - an timer explosive which cannot be upgraded, can be used as decoy too..
The Pepper Grinder - a gatling seasoning gun
The Umbrella - your defence (works in real life too...I've tried it, maybe not her way...)
The Vorpal Blade - your machete...=D
Special skill - shrink in size with a potion, and you see stuff you don't see in normal size...(time to get high people XD)
And also, she changes her dress, from time to time....well give her a break, she has to look good!! Give her some love man, people think she's bonkers. Well, that is my take on the story, she's not exactly a nutcase, just believes she is.
Her life bar is represented by roses. If you milk her dry, she goes hysterical. The Hysteria mode (like Rage mode in prequel) is triggered when she's low on health. Just go berserk in this mode, relentless slashing!! There's this one dress that allows you to go Hysteria at any time -Fleshmaiden-.
The cutscenes can get pretty confusing (for me at times) because it's done in cut-out fashion. Characters just pop out here and there and then go missing. By the way, great voice-acting job! Love the accents in this game (The Rabbit...hehe)...I love the Cheshire Cat....like a cat from the Underworld....he's awesome =D
