The GTA : V Special/Collector's Edition has been announced, available till 17th September!! So...watcha gotta do??

A cap, bag, art-book, maps, boost abilities, bonus outfits, stunt plane trials, extra awesome weapons, cool mobiles and fly the Atomic Blimp...I'm sure you know which ones are in-game...XD
And we have access to ye olde characters when we play online...oh YEAH!!
