Ubisoft confirmed to Kotaku that the creator of Assassin's Creed Patrice Desilets was fired.....
Reasons were not given, Patrice said that he was handed the boot just like that and was shoo-ed out without farewells and all. He would 'fight vigorously for his rights, team and his game' (quoting him).
Well....that's shocking ehh...??? He made a great game series and then just terminated like that? What could have possibly initiated Ubisoft's inexplicable, ruthless act??
EA has announced that they'll be serving up 11 new games for the consoles and the PC in 2014. They could be next-gen consoles, I'll keep my blog updated. These games include The Sims 4, Battlefield 4 (better than the last hopefully), Madden 25 and the NBA series and other upcoming games. Star Wars will be taken care of later. We'll find out more at E3.
Dark Souls 2 is currently 25% complete...hmmmm....guess we won't be seeing it soon...but it's next-gen. Rock on! Apparently, the game will become progressively harder and wider in terms of options available to player the (beginning is pretty restricted) and certain story elements which were pretty vague before (not just within the Covenant system radar) called the true Dark Soul Experience.....sounds mysterious...yes? =D
